What is it they say about a family that serves together?

In 2017, Rachael Njeri and her late husband, Mark Gotts, heard God’s call to move to Tanzania. It would take several years of establishing thriving relationships with the church, local government and community at large to see the fruits of their obedience.

As that unfolded, God was speaking to Rachael’s children and over several years Steve Mwenda and Kai Njeri joined them. Together, passion, purpose, a wide variety of skills and connections, a deep desire to contribute to the thrive of their communities and a eyes-wide-open type curiosity steadily bring into being the Tesifa Tanzania community.

This community’s fertility is easily witnessed through its core projects.
